My name is Tim Kelley, KY licenced home inspector (license #262494), InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector®, and local building expert. For the past 30 years as a home inspector and contractor, I have helped home buyers and sellers like you find issues and make good real estate decisions.
My background as a contractor, a master electrician, and a home inspector has given me insight into a home that can’t just be taught in a book – it has to be lived and experienced.
